Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare for your lessons by reviewing the structured material
• Deliver engaging, well-structured English lessons using our proven curriculum and methodology
• Inspire and support learners from diverse backgrounds around the world
• Create a positive, professional, and interactive virtual classroom environment
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree (in any field)
• A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate
• Teaching experience, especially online teaching is advantageous
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
• Confidence using Zoom and other basic tech tools
• Strong online classroom presence and communication skills

Equipment & Infrastructure

• Laptop/PC with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8GB RAM
• Stable fibre internet with 25 Mbps download/upload minimum (LAN cable connection only)
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that provides 4-5 hours of backup power
• Separate mini-UPS to keep your fibre router powered during outages
• Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace

️Working Hours

• We offer a range of shifts (both part-time and full-time), primarily running from mid-afternoon through to the early hours of the morning. If your application is successful, one of our recruiters will work with you to identify the shift pattern that best fits your availability and lifestyle

Salary Range

• Estimated earnings are between R5000 - R19 000, depending on shift structure and working hours
