    Online Sales Support Agent

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide telephonic and email support for any queries related to online sales.
    • Provide support to both staff and to customers for online sales transactions.
    • Guide customers through the online sales process, including product selection, payment, and delivery options.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
    • Drive online Sales.

     Further requirements:

    • Grade 12 
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Call Centre
