Onsite Administrator at MAN Automotive (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd

• Despatch parts, restock parts and ensure correct stock levels at all times
• Ensure relevant paperwork is processed timeously, cost labour posting & closure of all job cards
• Ensure that WIP remain under acceptable levels and compile stats daily
• Ensure that warranty parts are sent to the main dealerships on a daily basis
• GRV of all outwork and purchase invoices
• Maintain time keeping of Diesel Mechanics on the relevant system
• Record the pre-booking of vehicles into the workshop

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate

• Ability to work on standby
• Good communication (oral and written)
• Interpersonal relations skills
• Pro-active, reliable, be self-motivated
• Work independently though being a team player
• Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations
• Customer focused with a results driven approach
• Must possess strong diagnostic abilities

Experience

• Experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 5 years
