An Onsite Technician is required to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office automation equipment at client sites. This role suits a hands-on, customer-focused individual who can manage service calls efficiently and ensure high levels of uptime and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the office automation industry
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, and basic IT support)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with printer setup, maintenance, and networking advantageous
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to manage time effectively and meet SLA deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be willing to travel to client sites daily and work under pressure
