Operational Excellence Technician at Enaex Africa

Description:

The Operational Excellence Technician will conduct Operational Excellence projects through the capture and analysis of field data; to support and coach field personnel on operational best practices, to support on the development of organizational processes, systems, and workflows, to optimize business performance and to enhance the company’s operational reputation amongst customers.

• Improving field employee competencies.
• Support business improvement projects.
• Contribute to the review and improve operational best standards and practices.
• Analyse IBIS data to improve operational efficiencies.
• Equipment unit operating cost analysis.
• Conduct field measurements to capture business improvement project related data.
• Coaching field personnel on the implementation of quality best practices.
• Promotes.
• Provides technical guidance and expertise in operational excellence initiatives amongst field personnel.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent certification
• Related technical qualification with 4 years experience or expert knowledge.
• Languages: English
• Experience/Professional Requirement: < 4 Years
