Operations Administrator - Centurion

- Qualification Bachelors , Matric
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Centurion
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- BCom or other similar tertiary qualification will be an advantage
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2 - 3 years administration/accounting experience
- 1 - 2 years managing/forecasting cash flows in treasury environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Process daily payments
- Report and reconcile Intercompany transactions
- Processing of debit order runs of loan repayments
- Monitor approved and relevant payments
- Reporting
- Debtors selling
- Assists in submission of tax packs
- Capture and submit purchase order on SAP
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Accounting
- Treasury Operations Management
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- Strong administrations skills
