    Operations Administrator - Centurion

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12
    • BCom or other similar tertiary qualification will be an advantage

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 2 - 3 years administration/accounting experience
    • 1 - 2 years managing/forecasting cash flows in treasury environment

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Process daily payments 
    • Report and reconcile Intercompany transactions
    • Processing of debit order runs of loan repayments 
    • Monitor approved and relevant payments 
    • Reporting
    • Debtors selling
    • Assists in submission of tax packs
    • Capture and submit purchase order on SAP

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

    • Accounting
    • Treasury Operations Management
    • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
    • Strong administrations skills
