Operations Controller Fuel & Convenience - Paarl at KAL Group

Job Specification

• Reporting to the Regional Manager Operations Fuel & Convenience, the incumbent would be responsible for operational support to the region, including internal audits, process improvements, incident reports, staff training and development, handling enquiries, delivering operational reports, ensure profitability and expense management.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 4 Years related experience
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of fuel & convenience operating systems

• Provide operational support to the region including the tracking of operational performance against budget, scheduling expenditures, maintain branch controls, and analysing variances to maximise profitability in meeting sales targets
• Conduct and moderate branch audits to audit standards as per audit plan, ensuring compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations
