Reporting: Plan and prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting to the Management Team (operations and financial performance, Variance Analysis, efficiency reporting etc.) To validate the reported data through ERP systems.
Analysis and Business Decision Support: Analyse the monthly, quarterly and annual reports compared to Target and Rolling Forecasts. Perform regular cost stacks & major cost and capex analysis and reports to the Management on risks and identified opportunities. Assist in the preparation of board presentations. Monitor the investment requests. Organise and lead investment tracking meetings with operations. Participate in monthly P&L review meetings with the Management. Provide dynamic support to the business through ad hoc analysis when required.
Forecast and Target: Lead the preparation of forecasts and Target.
Business Improvement Initiatives: Leading and participating in adhoc improvement projects. Applying good project management disciplines. Prioritising resources to ensure achievement of such programs. Sound knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and clear communication with operations and management
