1 - Technical fitness of the fleet:

• Ensure that the fleet is technically comply with safety & operational requirement as per local regulation & or AL GTs, leading the necessary assessment to identify the gaps & lead technical upgrading of existing fleet 
• Review & validate the technical specification of newly purchased fleet providing technical support to procurement during the procurement process   

2- Lead the fleet maintenance activities ensuring the highest fleet availability & reliability meanwhile minimizing the maintenance cost / KM driven through:

• Ownership of CMMS ( Computerized maintenance management system ) for bulk fleet white & black parts, ensuring proper & clean data inputs
• Establish the work standard, spare parts, required manpower, & cost for each maintenance task in the CMMS 
• Ensure Proper & in time  implementation of preventive maintenance tasks by coordinating between logistic dispatch team & maintenance contractors  ( white & black parts ) to make the fleet available in time to execute maintenance activities
• Follow up with procurement department to ensure availability of black & white parts spare parts 
• Follow up the proper execution of maintenance tasks & update the CMMS by the actual consumed spares, manpower, time consumed for each maintenance task 
• Participate with procurement to qualify workshops & personnel who execute white & black parts maintenance
• Perform routine analysis regarding fleet availability & reliability, mean time between failures
• Perform routine analysis for the maintenance cost ( white & back parts ) using the database in CMMS establishing trends for white & black parts maintenance cost / Ton & or / KM  

3- Lead the fleet renewal & expansion studies / execution 

• Understand the road regulation related to transportation of dangerous goods, safety & operational requirements, maximum GVW, & load distribution limitation 
• Perform feasibility studies for fleet renewal based on TCO ( total cost of ownership ) & added value of payload optimization 

Are you a MATCH?

• BSC in Engineering - Mechanical or industrial Engineering specialty
• Minimum 3 years of experience in one of major maintenance garage / manufacturer of undercarriage or heavy transport equipment
• To own the knowledge of black parts technical fundamental & maintenance, preferable if he or she have good knowledge of planning & dispatching of dangerous good  ​

• Reporting: Plan and prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting to the Management Team (operations and financial performance, Variance Analysis, efficiency reporting etc.) To validate the reported data through ERP systems. 
• Analysis and Business Decision Support: Analyse the monthly, quarterly and annual reports compared to Target and Rolling Forecasts. Perform regular cost stacks & major cost and capex analysis and reports to the Management on risks and identified opportunities. Assist in the preparation of board presentations. Monitor the investment requests. Organise and lead investment tracking meetings with operations. Participate in monthly P&L review meetings with the Management. Provide dynamic support to the business through ad hoc analysis when required.
• Forecast and Target:  Lead the preparation of forecasts and Target.
• Business Improvement Initiatives: Leading and participating in adhoc improvement projects. Applying good project management disciplines. Prioritising resources to ensure achievement of such programs. Sound knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and clear communication with operations and management

• Identifying opportunities and setting up meetings with other divisions and/ or stakeholders in current Customer accounts, acting as a strategic advisor to all appropriate stakeholders within a customer account through continued research and detailed analysis to understand and anticipate Customer needs. 
• Follow up and monitor customer queries and complaints through effective interdepartmental communication to ensure timeous resolution. Conducting and performing Cylinder Audits, report on Customer Satisfaction Surveys, recording near misses and tracking and assisting with collection of customer payments within defined payment window (Debtor Days).
• Establish open communication channels between the Customer and relevant departments within Air Liquide to ensure customer satisfaction, prospecting on a consistent basis through cold calling, customer referrals and networking to obtain appointments with appropriate stakeholders and conduct effective preparation for appointments and engaging in continuous research on:  Customer needs, current market position, Industry opportunities and challenges.
• Following the Air Liquide sales engagement process in all interactions, including both telephonic and face-to-face meetings, Setting-up and executing meetings with prospective Customers to diagnose needs, create value and present solution offerings. Negotiating competitive pricing structures and contracts that ensures profitability for Air Liquide and effective service delivery to Customers.
• Construct financial agreements (Profit and Loss) and diagnostic findings on customer needs (Defining Customer Needs) for internal approval, communicate and negotiating price increases timeously and effectively to Customers, contributing to monthly sales related reports
• Reporting on contributor activity and information, Tracking sales performance against targets, engaging in consistent research to build a thorough knowledge and understanding of territory, current industry, market and competitor trends and developments. Monitor and research development and changes in assigned territories, engage in continuous learnings to exhibit a thorough understanding of Air Liquide products and solutions.

Experience

• 3 years minimum sales experience in gas or related industry

• Ensure that local regulation & AL group procedures & safety standards are well implemented within bulk & PG transport activities
• Ensure proper set up , job description &  qualification of Bulk & PG contractors road safety dedicated staff ( Road safety officers & master drivers ) 
• Ensure proper selection & set up of road safety technology across PG & bulk fleet 
• Set up the yearly road safety objectives with Bulk & PG subcontractors
• Lead the road safety performance review / audits with bulk & PG subcontractors
• Daily monitoring of reported violation trends from road safety technology ensuring effective coaching execution by subcontractors master drivers 
• Manage monthly road safety KPIs reporting, incidents, PSSI, LTA, NLTA, violation trends 
• Lead root cause analysis of accidents / PSSI in coordination with transport contractors ensuring proper implementation & follow up of corrective actions 
• Manage fundamental & refreshment training of drivers in coordination with transport subcontractors
• Lead road risk assessment & related corrective action & proper set up of geofencing measure to ensure drivers adherence of risk mitigation measures

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics preferably of dangerous goods 
• Defensive Driving certified as Train the Trainer is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar job in one of major transport companies
