Gather and analyze critical operational data to support reporting and decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain monthly operational reports to ensure accurate and timely insights.
Design, implement, and update operational dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
Compile and analyze margin velocity data to support Value-Centered Teams (VCT).
Conduct ongoing evaluations of the economic impact of various alternatives to optimize resource allocation decisions, leveraging margin velocity, grade characterization, and customer evaluation metrics.
Facilitate operational benchmarking processes (e.g., PTAI) by ensuring data accuracy for metrics such as sales figures, headcount, and raw material usage.
Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities based on benchmarking results.
Interpret benchmarking outcomes to recommend focus areas and establish actionable SMART goals to bridge performance gaps.
Contribute to business planning, including goal setting against benchmarks, resource planning, and defining scorecards and organizational metrics.
Monitor and analyze production data, comparing actual consumption against Bills of Materials (BOM).
Create and manage dashboards to track utility consumption effectively.
Develop and maintain accurate key performance indicator (KPI) scorecards.
Provide inputs for financial forecasting and management reporting to align with organizational goals.
Non-Negotiables
Familiarity with and experience in source data systems such as SAP, AUDB, and EA, including accounting policies and procedures.
Knowledge of operational metrics and processes.
Understanding of sales metrics and workflows.
Proficient in SAP modules, including FI, SD, and MM.
Skilled in Microsoft Power BI.
Competence in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record.
Ability to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Experience in other processes .e.g., PEX, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
Minimum Requirements
