    Key Account Manager U-Pro

    JOB PURPOSE

    • Drive aggressive growth for Unilever Professional in Southern Africa by building a strong pipeline, acquiring new accounts, and accelerating distributor-led expansion. Success is measured by new business wins, rapid market penetration, and profitable incremental revenue.

    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
    New Business Acquisition

    • Identify, target, and convert new end-user customers through distributors and priority segments.
    • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with clear KPIs for conversion.
    • Lead solution selling, product trials, and contract negotiations to close deals.
    • Mobilize distributor sales teams to hunt alongside you and deliver joint wins.

    Distributor Growth

    • Recruit and onboard new distributors equipped with tools and knowledge to scale fast.

    • Minimum 5 years in B2B industry with proven success as a hunter.

    ManEx Intern

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complete all learnership requirements as stipulated by Unilever, including but limited to training attendance, assessments completion, project completion, logbook completion and presentations as needed
    • The Industrial Engineer role is critical to the development of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses. 
    • She/he will apply extensively the full range of Focused and Quality Improvement methods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service and Logistics.  The Cost Deployment pillar will be populated with data built up through application of the Managing Manufacturing Performance Code, which is key to ensuring focus on key losses.
    • Working directly with the line crews daily. The Industrial Engineer also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures. Validation of all process improvements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line. A core deliverable is to eliminate losses and wastes and increase the stability of the line to support the transition of traditional line teams to semi-autonomous teams
    • Follow SOP/OPL/Kaizen procedures as needed within the operation assigned to
    • Conform to all site rules governing safety of self and others, quality and code of business principles.
    • Apply and follow procedure of Problem-solving tools
    • Factory/site data integrity verification
    • Weekly and monthly site performance (OEE, PVA, Tags, OR) reporting.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    PEX Global Data HR MDM Analyst

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The People Data Excellence team aim to drive simplification and automation of scalable solutions and getting most out of people data to enable data-driven decisions.
    • The HR Master Data are the cornerstone of people data architecture. Custodians of standards, rules, interfaces across any other system that consume people data. This involves operations related to
    • Support the development of an HR Data Catalogue.
    • Defining and documenting data standards.
    • Supporting advisory and ownership teams to land new data standards and HR projects.
    • Tracking HR system and user compliance with governance standards, including data retention, privacy, security, legal and ethical requirements.

    • Construction of databases to prepare and analyse HR data for projects.
    • Analysis of data requirements, e.g., data structures, defining DQ tests and logic.

    Documentation

    • Document standards using a relevant tool / template.
    • Develop governance material for cascading to HR, key stakeholders where required.

    Partnering

    • Support initiatives which involve People Data.
    • Engage with stakeholders regarding governance queries and advice.
    • Drive data cleansing and preparation project activities with IT and business teams.
    • Identify processes for improvement and develop new processes if is required

    Other

    • Champion of SOP in PDX.
    • Plan and track projects.

    Experiences & Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant subject, (e.g., in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems).

    JOB PURPOSE

    • This programme trains you to package products using automated packaging equipment while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards. You will develop business understanding, mechanical maintenance skills, and effective communication for line coordination and operation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform general line operations and cleaning activities as per operational plans.
    • Conduct pre-start-up checks to confirm equipment and area cleanliness and safety in line with SOPs.

    Cluster Engineering Capex Lead

    JOB PURPOSE

    • This role exists to lead the delivery of the Southern Africa cluster capital expenditure (Capex) program with a primary focus on financial governance, compliance, and performance reporting.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Shopper Marketing Assistant - Home Care

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The role of this is to drive shopper-based thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders. This includes execution of the shopper component of brand marketing/customer and category plans.

    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

    • The Shopper Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Brand team and agencies as well as the Channel & Category, E-Commerce and Trade Category Teams.
