    Operations Expert

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with Travel Experts to ensure confirmed client itineraries are accurate and error free
    • Liaise with suppliers to confirm client bookings
    • Complete client travel documentation ensuring information provided is up-to-date, factually
    • correct and in-keeping with the Mahlatini brand
    • Work with Travel Experts and suppliers to enhance clients’ experience during their trip
    • Keep up-to-date with travel regulations for Mahlatini’s destinations
    • Support new product launches
    • Deal with incoming queries and client feedback in a timely manner including problem solving
    • Support the Operations Manager and Sales Team Leaders to ensure an efficient operation
    • Assist sales team during peak times
    • Any other duties as required
