• The purpose of this role is to provide assistance in the manufacturing process of the business through operating efficiencies, lean production, monitoring plant operations and recommend improvements.
• This position will be reporting into the Senior Production Manager. 

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Develop an understanding and be able to apply technical expertise to assigned process 

Identify Initiatives to deliver significant improvements in the following areas:  

• Safety 
• Quality 
• Operating Efficiencies (Labour, Process Lines and Cost Optimisation) 
• Materials Control and efficiency. 

Maintain awareness of best practice and modern improvement techniques 

Provide an administrative role within production departments

Requirements:

Qualifications: 

• Grade 12 / Matric 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
