Are you someone who can:

• Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional area to increase cost efficiency
• Manage, communicate and maintain departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Review and drive adoption of the C&E Operating model
• Update and communicate business process mapping for audit, risk and compliance use
• Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
• Assist Currency & Exchanges to compile information for audit purposes,
• Compile, manage and submit Risk report to FCC Operational risk
• Create Change requests / Business requirement specification documents as required on Exchange Control PaperTrail system.
• Manage and update new joiner starter pack within the Currency and Exchanges Team.
• Track and manage Currency and Exchanges IT consumables.
• Drive operational efficiencies and delivery of superior quality customer experiences and improve operational processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
• Build and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
• Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data
• Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of Team Leaders and teams in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have completed relevant Diploma or undergraduate
• Have at least 5 years operational management experience including compliance, currency and exchanges experience
