    Operations Manager

    • The Department of Operations in the Directorate of Building and Estates has a permanent position of an Operations Manager at the Mbombela Campus.

    Critical Performance Areas

    • Facility Management
    • Transport Services
    • Printing Services
    • Security Services
    • Technical Services
    • Landscaping Services
    • ICT
    • Liaise with all clients and service providers on continuous bases to ensure continuous service on the required standard.
    • Planning the maintenance of equipment in order to ensure continuous production.

    Minimum Requirements and Experience:

    • NQF level 7
    • A relevant 3/4-year qualification:
    • A Bachelor's degree
    • A Higher / Advanced Diploma
    •  plus
    • 3 years relevant experience at Supervisory/ Administrator/ Junior Practitioner level
    • Or
    • NQF 6
    •  plus
    • 4 years relevant experience at Supervisory/ Administrator/ Junior Practitioner level.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Supervisory Skills
    • Budget management
    • Contract management
    • IT Systems
