    Operations Shipping Clerk

    In this Operations Shipping Clerk position

    • Arranging couriers
    • Acquittals of rebated material
    • Filing
    • Paperwork of export, import, airfreight and local shipments
    • Month end stock count reconciliations
    • Invoice capturing
    • Liaising with factory supervisors, customers, suppliers and transporters
    • General assistance in Operations and Procurement department

    Now, here’s what we need from you

    • Grade 12
    • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
    • Good communication skills (Bilingual / Fluency)
    • Good writing skills
    • Good telephonic skills
