Operations Supervisor at Engen

Purpose of the Job
To manage and supervise operations in a cost-effective, safe environment in support of Engen's objectives and optimisation of profit opportunities, in a safe and compliant manner

What you’ll have done before:

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Operations or relevant)
• 3 years’ experience in Plant Operations environment
• Understanding of Operations & Stock L/G
• Experience in HSEQ MS system
• Knowledge of OSH Act, ISO 9002 & SABS
• Required to work in Plant/ Manufacturing environmen

Advantageous:

1. Plant Supervisory experience
2. SAP knowledge and experience

• Ensure that all quality standards and procedures are met as required
• Manage team and ensure capability development and performance
• Ensure that safety standards are maintained in operational area by staff, contractors and service providers
• Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with all stakeholders
• Drive the development of competent working team
• champion the execution of Engen's policies
