Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of operational processes, delivering services in line with contractual agreements with customers.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, listening).
• Proven ability to improve processes and systems.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.
