Operator BobCat -Wessels Mine at South32

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This role is a permanent full-time position.
• As an Operator Bobcat , you will be responsible to load and transport broken ore material in working faces and plant areas.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Load and transport any other material as per Mine Standard;
• Assist with construction and Maintenance of roadways;
• Conducting pre starts on the mentioned TMM;
• Any other duties that requires the use of the Bobcat;
• General housekeeping and upholding of standards;
• Instill section 22 and 23 of the mine Health and safety.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a mining environment;

Qualifications for this role are:

• Serious contenders will have Grade 12/Grade 10 ( internal candidates) with relevant experience in a mining operation;
• Mobile equipment license;
• Valid drivers license is essential.
