Outbound Agent - Durban at The Unlimited

The Unlimited has, for the past 28 years, quietly gone about the business of building a company that, at its very core, is shifting the lives of all those it touches, freeing people from limitations.

We are currently expanding and we need strong individuals to take the lead as call center agents and grow with us in our ever growing company, we are looking for people with experience in the call center sector. 

Please only apply if you have experience in sales, upselling, customer sales, cross selling, face to face sales. 

• As a call center agent, you will be in charge of calling customers to existing and some new customers. 
• Offering them our products, doing the full end-to-end sales with our customers over the phone. 
• Objection handling customers with the features and benefits of the products. 
• Following the script as and when needed, taking down details properly.
• Achieving Targets and meeting all KPI Targets of the respective campaigns. 
• Attending training and development sessions, upskilling, and adapting to the environment. 
• Receiving feedback, and working on improvements going forward. 
• Being on time for work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm and Working a Marathon on a Wednesday from 8:00am to 19:00pm.

• Matric 
• 6 + Months experience in a call center 
• Face to Face sales 
• Customer sales environment 
• Ability to travel to Westville, Durban
