• Sell health insurance products to new and prospective customers via outbound calls.
• Engage with Afrikaans-speaking clients professionally and effectively.

Inherent Requirements    

Job Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum age of
• 23 years
• 6–12 months of outbound telesales experience.
• Previous sales experience in a call centre environment is advantageous.
• Fluent in both vEnglish and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Confident telephone etiquette and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
