Outsourcing Account Manager at Sage

Job Description    

• Implement, maintain and manage outsourced payrolls and relationships with payroll outsourcing clients

Key Responsibilities    

• Implementation and Set-up (on-boarding new clients in-line with standard operating procedures). Ability timplement payroll from start tgo-live according tlegislation and best practice. Setting up payrolls from scratch.
• Monthly payroll processes (Payroll review, compiling query list, advising clients on payroll best practices, advising clients on statutory changes & requirements, identifying & communicating potential risks tclients, process management, structured working, interpreting & applying statutory regulations & maintaining Premier/Sage 300 People system within statutory regulations and client requirements, ability tsolve problems and client queries, simulation payslips and "what if" scenarios created for clients).
• Compliance (contributing tthe improvement of internal systems and procedures, operating effectively and in line with Outsourcing framework & participation in efficiency drives).
• Influence on financial performance of team (Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships tensure recurring business.
• Client Relationships (building and maintaining sustainable long-term relationship with clients, prompting clients for information, alerting clients of potential risks and consequences of actions, responding trequests & queries from clients within the framework of client SLA’s).
