Implement, maintain and manage outsourced payrolls and relationships with payroll outsourcing clients
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Set-up (on-boarding new clients in-line with standard operating procedures). Ability timplement payroll from start tgo-live according tlegislation and best practice. Setting up payrolls from scratch.
Monthly payroll processes (Payroll review, compiling query list, advising clients on payroll best practices, advising clients on statutory changes & requirements, identifying & communicating potential risks tclients, process management, structured working, interpreting & applying statutory regulations & maintaining Premier/Sage 300 People system within statutory regulations and client requirements, ability tsolve problems and client queries, simulation payslips and "what if" scenarios created for clients).
Compliance (contributing tthe improvement of internal systems and procedures, operating effectively and in line with Outsourcing framework & participation in efficiency drives).
Influence on financial performance of team (Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships tensure recurring business.
Client Relationships (building and maintaining sustainable long-term relationship with clients, prompting clients for information, alerting clients of potential risks and consequences of actions, responding trequests & queries from clients within the framework of client SLA’s).
