PA & Compliance Officer (Financial Services / Legal)

We're seeking a PA & Compliance Officer with previous experience within the Financial Services Industry, who is available for a 3 Month Contract Assignment + possible extension, permanency, based in Cape Town. Applicants must have Personal Assistant experience, as well as good Compliance / Legal experience with Financial Services -- Documents, Bank Statements, dealing with Auditors, etc. The position is a 5-hours per day position is on a contract basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The successful incumbent will be dealing with Banks and international Banks in terms of account openings. 
• The incumbent will manage the Compliance implementation process (mostly documentation) as well as admin tasks to send information to accounting companies. 
• The incumbent will provide Personal PA functions for diverse, related businesses in Europe/ Hong Kong. 
• Other duties entail Sending of bank statements, communicating with external Auditors, answering questions, submitting correct compliance documents, read bank statements. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Financial Services, within a Compliance-type role
• Experience in a PA type role is a requirement
• Working in a legal firm will be an advantage
• Must have very good English skills and be very organised and a quick learner.
• Solid, working knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of MS Office packages

Package & Remuneration

• Salary: R14 000 Per Month 
• Hours: 5 Hours per day, 5 days per week
• Contract: 3 months contract
