    Paid Perfomance Media Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute comprehensive digital paid media strategies aimed at enhancing online reputation and driving business growth for the brands we work on.
    • Evaluate and interpret data sourced from social platforms, Google, and revenue reports to refine and optimise campaigns, providing valuable insights for future recommendations.
    • Define target audiences, thoroughly understanding their characteristics, behaviours, and media consumption habits.
    • Craft and implement paid multi-channel initiatives, ensuring they not only meet but surpass campaign objectives.
    • Engage with stakeholders to effectively communicate the advantages of the digital paid media framework, fostering awareness and understanding.
    • Establish and cultivate robust relationships with clients and agency partners, ensuring seamless collaboration for the successful execution of campaigns.
    • Monitor paid media channels closely, ensuring that the delivery aligns with set objectives and goals.
    • Conduct vigilant tracking and quality assurance of campaigns, guaranteeing cost-effective and impactful solutions.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, facilitating necessary amendments and providing insights to optimise future campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Three years of proven success in planning and managing paid digital media campaigns.
    • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 7 in marketing with a minimum of three years of academic achievement. Proven experience and portfolio will also be considered.
    • Possesses GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification), providing an advantageous edge in analytics expertise.
    • Demonstrates a creative mindset, showcasing an ability to generate innovative ideas, a keen eye for design, and a profound understanding of the impactful role storytelling plays in connecting with and motivating consumers.
    • Ideally brings experience from the fashion or sports retail industry.
    • Experience across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
