Paralegal/ Litigation Secretary at MacRobert Incorporated

Job Description

MacRobert Inc. has an Litigation Secretary/Paralegal position available in our Corporate Department in Pretoria. The successful candidate will focus on high court litigation and regulatory work, particularly as it pertains to the Tax sector.

Requirements: 

• At least 5 years experience in a legal attorney/firm with an understanding of a legal practice and knowledge of general legal processes
• Degree/Paralegal qualification 
• Tax knowledge and experience is advantageous 
• Be able to type, draft and proofread correspondence and define and prepare legal documents 
• Experience in Dictaphone typing 
• Prepare large bundles of documentation including photocopying and scanning
• Attend to invoicing and arranging of payments of invoices 
• Reconcile accounts and identify invoices not paid
