Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and collaborate within fluid project teams to exchange ideas. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive mutual commitment.
Commercial & Business Planning: Contribute to long-term business plans, forecast performance against KPIs, and manage the commercial results of your product lines by analyzing market trends and optimizing resources.
Project & Operations Management: Oversee strategic operational areas and manage a diverse portfolio of projects from conception to execution.
Product Training & Enablement: Identify training gaps, design customized product training content, and run complex courses to enhance team and channel performance.
Insights & Reporting: Coordinate data collection, analyze market and financial trends, and prepare analytics reports to steer executive decision-making.
Requirements :
Experience: 6–10 years of comprehensive experience in partnership management, affinity channels, or financial services distribution.
Education: A University or Postgraduate (Master's) Degree.
Strategic & Financial Acumen: Strong big-picture thinking with the ability to interpret financial indicators to make data-driven business choices.
Exceptional Communication: Mastery of multi-mode communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to comfortably engage with diverse audiences.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound independence in interpreting and applying industry laws, policies, and regulations.
