The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parts department, assisting customers with their vehicle parts needs by providing knowledgeable advice and exceptional customer service and handle strategic managerial tasks regarding the dealership's parts sales. Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum 3yrs years managerial experience within a Dealership Parts department
• Excellent networking skills
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail, organised & structured
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform under pressure & independently
• Ability to effectively strategise and implement plans & controll

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Manage financial performance & profits
• Develop & maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers & key customers
• Conduct marketing & research initiatives
• Implement strategic work plans in order to ensure optimal productivity of the department
• Ensure that the department achieves & exceeds customer satisfaction
• Manage risks to ensure a high level of key control - develop and implement security risk remedies
• Continuously monitor quality standards
