In this role, you’ll be responsible for, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice on parts and accessories, assisting customers with sales both in person and over the phone, ensuring they find exactly what they need, managing an organized inventory and ensuring the availability of all necessary parts, accurately processing sales orders, invoices, and payments, collaborating with Technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and staying up to date on the latest parts to offer expert-level guidance to customers.
We are looking for a Parts Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in a franchised dealership, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and working knowledge of a DMS.

Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
A minimum of 2 years of RECENT/CURRENT Part Sales experience in a franchised motor dealership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Up to date with industry trends and new products (Parts)
