• In this role, you’ll be responsible for, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice on parts and accessories, assisting customers with sales both in person and over the phone, ensuring they find exactly what they need, managing an organized inventory and ensuring the availability of all necessary parts, accurately processing sales orders, invoices, and payments, collaborating with Technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and staying up to date on the latest parts to offer expert-level guidance to customers.

• You will be responsible for managing warranty paperwork, maintaining records, and liaising with OEMs to ensure prompt reimbursement for warranty services as well as maintaining the trust and satisfaction of customers by ensuring they receive the benefits of their warranties.
• Working knowledge of Pinnacle, and the ability to handle over 10 brands and a minimum of 30 vehicles daily plus carryovers are all essential.
