    Parts Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead the truck parts sales team to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fleet, workshop, and trade customers
    • Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and supplier relationships
    • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
    • Ensure excellent customer service and aftersales support
    • Collaborate closely with the workshop and service departments to align parts availability with operational needs

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in truck parts sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
    • Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle components and OEM parts
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Ability to analyse sales data and manage budgets effectively
    • Valid driver’s license
