    Senior Article Clerk (CIBA)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Document Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents.

    F&I Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with preparation and submission of finance and insurance applications.
    • Ensure all required documents are accurately completed and submitted to banks and insurance companies.
    • Track and follow up on finance approvals and customer documentation.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of deals and transactions.
    • Communicate effectively with customers regarding finance processes, documentation, and progress.
    • Support the F&I Manager in promoting value-added products (e.g., warranties, service plans, insurance).
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial guidelines (FAIS, NCA, POPIA).
    • Liaise with sales executives to coordinate timely deal closures.

    Requirements

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Matric certificate (essential).
    • NCA and FAIS accreditation or in the process of obtaining it (preferred).
    • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, or administration (advantageous).

    Experience:

    • 1–2 years of experience in a motor dealership F&I environment or similar financial services role.
    • Experience working with finance houses and insurance providers.
    • Knowledge of dealership DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Signio).
