What you'll do:
The Payment Operations team facilitate client payments both to and from their trading account. The role will involve fraud and money laundering checks to ensure we are complying with anti-money laundering regulations. You will be processing payments to and from client's account, dealing with queries from clients and other teams and assisting with other duties within the team.
We offer a 24 hour service to clients, five days a week. You will join a that spans South Africa and UK, with an Australian team taking on the duties overnight. Ideally we're looking for a candidate that can work into the early evening, to assist with cover US trading hours.
