Payroll Accountant - Westville at The Unlimited

We're on the hunt for a Payroll Accountant that will be the channel between Payroll and Finance. You'll make sure of the accurate payroll-financial record management and legislative compliance. 

What you will do: 

• Accurate calculation and processing of the monthly Face to Face Persal payroll. 
• Manage all payroll-related audit queries at the end of the financial year. 
• Manage the staff and study loan accounts and reconciliations. 
• Manage the Dependent’s Bursary scheme account. 
• Verify the accuracy of all mileage and expense claims in line with company policy. 
• Manage all Unlimited-driven Telesales incentives. 
• Posting of all Payroll journals. 
• Petty Cash management & reconciliations (Telesales). 
• Produce the month-end payslips for the Franchise Owners. 
• Generate the Average Earnings reports for Telesales and Face to Face. 
• Manage the Telesales Consumable account reconciliations and payments. 
• Responsible for the Location Fund balance sheet reconciliation. 
• Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies. 
• Provide insights and recommend cost-effective solutions to Distribution. 
• Monitor and implement financial policies and procedures. 
• Identify and drive efficiencies within payroll from an accounting perspective.
