Payroll Administrator - Johannesburg at Paymentology

A bit about the role:

• As a Payroll Administrator you’ll be working at the core of our business within the finance team

What you get to do (Not limited to):

• Full Payroll function supporting the payment of employees and contractors in businesses based in South Africa, the UAE and the United Kingdom.
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Monthly new joiner and leaver administration
• Assistance with South African statutory (Coida and UIF) and employer tax returns (PAYE, UIF and SDL)
• Assist in the submission of annual Employment Equity Returns and in the management of accurate data.
• Annual BBBEE audit support for the South African businesses.

Skills & qualifications:

• Meet payroll deadlines on a consistent basis
• Speak, read and write English fluently
• Close attention to detail
• Have sound organisational skills
• Adaptable, as this is a constantly changing environment
• 2-3 years payroll experience
• Payspace system experience would be an advantage
• Remote Pass system experience would be an advantage
• Able to work independently
