Payroll Clerk at Vox Telecom

Job Objectives

• Processing of Discovery medical aid applications/transfers/withdrawals/additions & removal of dependents – follow up on queries daily
•  Gathering & submission of Liberty withdrawals – follow up on queries daily
•  Gathering & processing of Sygnia withdrawals on Sygnia database
•  Follow up with IT for resigned staff equipment before deductions are made on payrolls
•  Finders Fees – keeping track of docs & payments for payroll
•  Multiskilling on all payroll processing
•  Assistance with adhoc requests as & when required
•  Being a team player & working closely with 3rd parties & other departments within the company

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years in a payroll environment working with employee benefits – provident fund & medical aid
• Fully proficient in Excel – intermediate to advanced
• Fully proficient in word/outlook
• Experience in data capturing & attention to detail
• Professional with good written & verbal communication
• Proactive & a good Team player
• Good work ethic
