Qualifications

• To be considered you will need to have the following qualifications and experience, as a minimum:
• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Financial Management or equivalent in related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Minimum of 5 years proven work experience in employee benefits management, preferably in mining environment.
• Experience in change management processes i.e. automation of manual transactions will be an added advantage.

Or

• Formal post matric qualification from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Minimum 10 years proven work of experience in employee benefits management, preferably in mining environment.

• Excellent proficiency in SAP/HR, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Demonstrate high levels of accuracy, with an aptitude for working with numbers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Be a team player and ability to work collaboratively.
• Be customer centric.
• Demonstrated experience working in SAP

Additional requirementsValid Code 8 drivers’ licence.

• You will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test and Psychometric Assessment.
• Criminal and other background checks where appropriate will be conducted.
• Interested candidate must be willing to relocate closer to the mine.
