Payroll/ HR Assistant at Resource Recruitment

• A manufacturing company are looking to recruit an HR Assistant.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the time and attendance, and the administration of weekly wages for approximately 300 workers, including dealing with related matters sick notes, provident fund contributions, Union Levies and all matters relating to the Bargaining Council.  This all round position requires someone who has experience administering a payroll of a similar size, working in a Unionized environment and dealing with Shop Stewards as needed, and has a minimum of three years experience in a similar role.  Preference will be given to applicants who are fluent in Zulu, available immediately and live in the surrounding areas.  Own transport to work and not relying on public transport essential.
