PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Intern

• Assist in Processing/Capturing of payroll data on VIP 
• Assist in collating payroll and audit reports for checking on a monthly basis
• Assist in checking of payroll input and NAV Coding for the auditing of the payroll on a monthly basis captured in the following areas:
• New engagements
• Transfer & Job Changes 
• Terminations
• Monthly contract workers
• Prepare Weekly Payment Batches
• Airfreighting and Emailing of Payslips on a monthly basis
• Ad-hoc duties
• Attend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Newly qualified Graduate in Payroll/Finance/Accounting degree/diploma 
• Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
• Numerical acumen
• Computer literate - MS Office, Windows
