Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Scanning

• Filling

• Quality checking

• Preparing the induction packs and assist with induction

• Signing off the documents from HR and other departments

• Making copies of all the required documents

• Monitoring Payroll counter

• General administrative tasks

• Balance sheet reconciliation

• Month end journals

• Bank reconciliation

• Bcom Accounting

Take note to qualify for an INSETA internship program you need to be a South African citizen, not previously on an Internship with INSETA and between the ages of 18 & 35.
