Payroll Onboarding Clerk - Westville at Boxer Superstores

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1-2 years of experience in a payroll role, with knowledge in:
• SAP Payroll is advantageous
• Good understanding of Leave, Time and Attendance Policies and Procedures
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong accounting skills
• Knowledge of BCEA and tax rules and regulations
• Experience in the retail sector is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Branch & Casual Payroll Information:

• Collate and capture all input, including:
• New engagements
• Terminations
• Adhoc tasks
• Check payroll and provide corrections to relevant payroll clerks
• Capture all late input
• Prepare UI19 and certificates of service
• Confirm employment details
• Scanning and filing of documents

Month-End Procedures:

• Ensure new employment contracts are sent to branches
