Payroll Supervisor at Anglo American

Job Description
This job entails the effective coordination of planning, control and sustainability of Data and Pay run execution as well as managing the effective integration of the Payroll and Data processes end to end for all Fusion payrolls such as Kumba, Coal SA, AOL and EMEA SS.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accountability for coordinating and controlling of timely & accurate processing of all input documentation according to SLA measures
• Interpreting, communicating, coaching & monitoring of relevant policies and procedures to staff
• Communicating the Service Delivery strategy and operating model to the team
• Identifying risks and implement actions to mitigate/eliminate all risks
• Complying with all Governance requirements
• Managing and investigating escalations effectively
• Ensuring cost control against budget and address, or advise your manager of, any variances of note

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3 – 5 years Payroll experience
• Knowledge of SAP systems is essential
