We have an exciting opportunity for a People Analytics Analyst to join the newly established People Analytics team in Capitec HR.  You will be an integral part of our journey to establish this new function with a clear mission: We want to provide world-class people insights to HR and the business leaders by leveraging technology, data and statistics to guide both business and people decisions.  

You will partner with the best data and technology team members in the business and work closely with senior leaders alike to drive the development of measurement solutions that will create insights and visualise people insights.

Candidate Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or similar disciplines
• At least 2 - 4 years in the design of behavioural measurement solutions (i.e. surveys, pulse checks, etc.)
• Proven experience in applying quantitative and qualitative research design, and the application of statistical analysis techniques (e.g. mean, median, descriptive statistics, distributions, confidence intervals, etc.)
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques (e.g. regression, structural equation modelling, etc.) and tools (e.g. R, SQL, Python)
• Experience in visual story telling using data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI) would be preferred.
