Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
The work that we do as a team covers a variety of different areas, with the vision of applying our skills, building our confidence and enhancing our own superpowers.
Your initial priorities for the first 3 months (whilst onboarding) in the role, will include getting to understand and support our People Development processes, tools and platforms. You will work in partnership with others across our global team to help improve and automate our processes, including making improvements to our team reporting and training scheduling. Once you've completed your onboarding phase, you will have the opportunity to work on both global and regional projects, which will allow you to further develop your skills as a learning professional.
