Permanent - Card Clerk - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) at Unique Personnel

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating Jobs on Syspro immediately and accurately as sales orders and branch stock orders come in.
• Printing Job Cards and attaching the necessary documents to the job card.
• Liaise with Sales department and the branches regarding relevant information pertaining to the job cards to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all documents.
• Cancelling and or revising job cards on Syspro when required
• Ensure that the “Jobs not Printed” list is cleared every day.
• Use Coil Availability Report or Syspro to determine material availability.
• If there is material available change the priority to 13 and give to the Coil issue Clerk
• If there is no material take it to the planner.
• Follow up on Job cards on hold on a weekly basis.
• Resolve all job card queries on the same day.
• Assist with the preparation for Stock Take the week before.
• Participate in quarterly stock takes according to the published list for each stock count.
• Assist with work when other employees are off duty.
• Create Bulk order jobs on Syspro and send the necessary information to procurement.
• Assist the Planning Manager with adhoc items as and when required.

Inherent Requirements    

Qualifications & experience required

• Matric Certificate
• Valid Driver’s licence is essential.
• Computer Literacy is essential (MS Office)
• Syspro Experience essential.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in WIP manufacturing processes or roofing.
• Experience in stock takes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
