• This is an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen your understanding of client relationship management, with exposure to roles such as Relationship Managers and engagement with other Young Professionals.
• Our programme offers comprehensive exposure to relationship banking within the financial services industry. Success in this programme is rooted in cross-functional collaboration within client service teams, supported by a structured rotational experience that encourages continuous learning and practical application.
• You will gain valuable insights into industry best practices while also having the opportunity to showcase your thinking by presenting your ideas, analysis and results to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation.  These rotations are face to face and includes face to face immersions, i.e. connect, learn and perform these tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.
• In support of the face-to-face work immersions, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development.  There will be a combination of online and face to face training, meetings and classroom sessions.

Qualifications

Business related Postgraduate qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026):  

• BCom Honours Finance/Accounting
• BCom Honours Economics
• BCom Honours Business Management

Additional Information

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months.
• Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies.
