    Personal Assistant

    PA to CEO

    Admin, Office & Support, South Africa Gauteng - Centurion

    R420000 Annually

    To perform and coordinate administrative activities of the CEO office ensuring the efficient operation of the office to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Please note that this is an employment equity appointment.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Five (5) years’ secretarial experience at Executive level.
    • Matric plus a recognised secretarial qualification
    • Advanced computer literacy including MS Office and SAP

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain and organise the CEO’s diary ensuring proper planning and scheduling of appointments and meetings
    • Develop and maintain an office administration system
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft memos, e-mails, and presentations as per the requirements
    • Administer and track projects for the office of the CEO
    • Collate standard and ad-hoc reports for the CEO
    • Coordinate travel/accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors
    • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
    • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
    • Coordinate and distribute information to staff and clients
    • Facility Management
    • EHS – including COVID Officer functions
    • Creating PO’s
    • Ordering of stationery, consumables etc.
    • Assisting with Tenders
    • Ensuring that the CEO’s day to day schedule is run smoothly with no hitches
    • All reports are submitted in the correct format and on time
    • Ensure the CEO’s instructions to his staff are filtered through and adhered to
    • Key feature/ ability is to be able to prioritize, remain calm under pressure and to continuously remain focused on the objectives / tasks given
