PHP/Drupal Developer at Wunderman Thompson

About the job

We’re looking for an experienced PHP/Druapl Developer to develop software according to best practise standards and methodologies.

You’ll be responsible for

• Solve difficult technical problems blocking project progress or work quality;

• Ensure that the software is maintainable, scalable, secure and of a high quality;

• Mentor Intermediate and Junior developers to encourage best practice standards and methodologies;

• Assist with estimations of work;

• Run product demonstrations of completed work to clients and other project stakeholders;

• Collaborate with other team members of the project, such as usability, design, front-end, QA and project managers;

• Actively participate in client workshop and project status calls;

Your experience and skills

• Advanced understanding of PHP,Drupal, CSS3 and HTML;

• Experience of writing Javascript with Typescript and ES6;

• Experience of working with at least one of the following frameworks: ReactJS, VueJS and AngularJS;

• Experience with GIT or similar version control systems;

• Cross browser skills (HTML and CSS);

• Solid understanding of responsive design;

• jQuery knowledge;

• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS;

• Experience working with build tools such as gulp and BLT;

• Experience with automated test frameworks;

• Drupal experience is advantageous
