Pipeline - Acornhoek at Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken

PURPOSE:

• To ensure quality products are prepared and served to customers according to SOP while delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting efficient restaurant operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service.
• Grill and prepare food products according to Pedro’s quality and food safety standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with menu selections and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP.
• Maintain food safety standards according to SOP.
• Ensure dining, cashier, and food preparation areas remain clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience; minimum 1-year related experience required.
• Customer service experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
