The Revlon supply chain graduate: 12-month rotational development programme. Provides a comprehensive introduction to working within a robust global supply chain environment. Develops functional and cross functional capability and collaborative interaction. Exposure to multiple functions within the planning department to develop capacity in a key operational function. Assists with implementation of business processes related to projects which affect continuous improvement
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 3 year Degree (preferably Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain, Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial), Bachelor of Technology)
• Grade 12 with Maths (HG), Accounting (HG) and Physical Science (HG)
• Degree (above 65% pass rate)
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer literate i.e. All MS Office packages including MS Project, intermediate Excel a must, advanced Excel advantageous. Intermediate Visio and PPT advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Applicant must be a self-starter and must be action oriented and target driven
• Ability to think analytically, problem solving skills and facilitating problem-solving/project planning sessions
• Good team player with the ability to work under pressure
• Own reliable transport
