Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands. Create repack process orders as needed andrelease to production.
Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and globalaffiliates as required.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders)and distribute.
Produce and analyse order and production data on an ad hoc basis as required by management.
Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, other duties as required. Work withmaterials planners and purchasing group to resolve vendor issues.
Perform various auxiliary administrative planning functions to support department manager, productionplanners and raw material planners as required.
Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
